Hello lovelies, how are we doing? on my previous post here just incase you missed it, I talked about how beneficial it is for us to always consume strawberries right? So today, we will be learning how to prepare four different types of smoothies with this delicious fruit by following these simple four variations. You will be glad you did. Enjoy sweeties.
1. Creamy Strawberry Smoothie
8 strawberries hulled
1/2 cup almond milk
½ cup of plain yoghurt
3 tbsps of honey
2 tea vanilla extract
6 cubes of ice crushed
Blend all together and drink Yum!
2. Red Berry Blue Berry Smoothie
½ large banana
5 strawberries
¼ cup of blueberries
½ cup of almond milk
1 tea of vanilla extract
2 tbsps of vanilla yoghurt
6 ice cubes
Blend all together and drink Yum!
3. Strawberry Tropical Mint Smoothie
1 ¼ cup fresh strawberries; diced (frozen strawberries may be used)
2 ripe bananas, sliced (for extra thickness use frozen bananas)
¾ cup coconut milk
½ cup ice cubes
Sprigs of mint
Blend all together and drink Yum!
4. Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie
1/2 cup nonfat plain yoghurt
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 banana
4 strawberries (fresh, hulled)
10 ice cubes
Blend all together and drink.. Yum!
