Lately Le hubs(my husband) just introduced me to mango called sherry mango, yes o Mango! and also encouraged me to eat them without the fear of my tummy getting angry..Lol
Now everyday, while coming back from work he would help me buy them enough because we normally snack on them before going to bed, very delicious and I must say you will sleep and wake up sound.Fruits are indeed nature's medicine.

Now I regret those days wen I do reject this succulent fruit just because of my tummy but I was just playing safe then else after eating them, my tummy will be restless for the rest of the day, but it seems I've out grown that now yipee!
